ABOUT US
Back in 1992, I felt a strong call to ministry. It was one of those moments you don’t forget—when the Lord places something deep in your spirit, and you know it’s Him. I didn’t step into the role until 1998 with formal ordination in 2015, but the weight of the call never lifted. It remained steady, pressing on my heart, and I knew that God wasn’t finished.
By early 2018, I could no longer ignore the prompting of the Spirit. I took a step of obedience, even though the path ahead wasn’t fully clear. Then in 2020—right in the middle of the pandemic—God made His calling unmistakably clear: it was time to plant a church. So, with just five people, we launched The Church of the Living God TC in Tustin, California.
From day one, we’ve kept our focus simple and unwavering—to make disciples for Christ, build His Kingdom, and faithfully plant the local church. We believe that you don’t have to leave your country to evangelize. Right here, in our own cities, neighborhoods, and communities, there are souls hungry for truth and desperate to encounter Jesus.
Along the way, we’ve developed a few practices that have helped us stay rooted in our mission and responsive to God’s leading - weekly bible studies one-on-one accountability fellowshipping, and obedience to biblical scriptures. Spiritual discipline matters.
OUR MISSION
The mission of the Church of the Living God, TC is to provide a spiritual setting for the preaching of the gospel, to call men and women out of darkness, and assist them to the marvelous light. To offer a personal and enriched experience for individual spiritual growth, raise children, and help all that enter our doors to develop in the full knowledge of Christ. We extend this invitation to all, regardless of their geographic location, cultural background, and educational achievement. Our goal is to help you reach your full potential in your personal commitment and active involvement with Jesus Christ.
WHAT WE DO
We serve a diverse community with attendees from various ethnic and racial backgrounds. All are welcome and we pray that you are encouraged. The church is active through our Outreach Ministries and commitment to spreading the good news of Jesus Christ.
